Tests in laboratories are cool, and we push them hard everyday. But nothing’s better than riding and testing in real conditions. This is why, over the whole world, in all conditions, we ride and develop the performance of our pads. This policy implies different riders, of different levels, because a world champion needs are not always the same than a rider like you and I, and we want to give satisfaction to all type of riders. And to be honest, testing our products on our bikes is not the most difficult part of our job.

Brake Authority is the first brand to develop a large program of ground tests in order to measure and validate the evolutions of our pads in real conditions. This program is becoming reality thanks to Fabien Barel and the Subaru Mondraker team, and also the Tecmas company, a company specialised in measuring performances for Moto GP and Motocross. Such a program is, according to us, absolutely unique in the world of MTB. This seems to be an absolute necessity to us anyway. These tests allow to make a link between the feeling of the rider and the simulations we make on computers.
